How can we assess your furniture’s finishing, quality, sturdiness and its comfort?
Quality, comfort & durability is of utmost importance for us and we take great care in manufacturing and styling each piece of furniture for all our clients as per these.
We follow the old school of carpentry for manufacturing all our products and hence our product are very sturdy and will last you for years together. All our products are spray polished with melamine or PU, so they have a very smooth finish on them.
We use 40 Density foam of reputed brands for all our seatings, which would assure you a long life and comfort. We have thousands of satisfied customers who have been using Nosttaalgia products and they are our best brand ambassadors.
You can drop in at of our store at Bangalore to touch and feel the finishing and comfort.
What is your warranty?
We give a 5 years warranty on all our Teakwood & Rosewood products and a 1 yr warranty on all other Solid wood products.
Will you assemble the furniture?
Yes, we along with our associates would assemble any furniture that needs assembling, in India. No additional charges for assembling in India. For overseas we do not have any facility for assembling as of now.
How long will it take for you to deliver the goods from the date of booking and is there any advance payment whilst booking?
It normally takes 6 to 8 weeks for most of the items to be made and delivered, from the date of receiving the advance payment. If the item is ready with us and only polishing and upholstery work has to be done it takes 2 to 3 weeks to deliver and if we have a pc that is polished & ready to deliver, it can be shipped within 48 hrs to you. For customized orders it may take more time.
Yes, while booking the furniture the customers need to pay an advance of 50% and for customized orders 65% advance needs to be paid. The balance amount needs to be paid before delivery.
Can we make a payment online through credit card or what are the other modes of payment?
Yes you can make an online payment through your credit or debit card. You can also do it by NEFT/ RTGS online or UPI payments can also be made. You may also deposit Cheque to our Company account.
Is Finance available? Can we buy your products on EMIs?
Finance is available with us in Bangalore at the moment. Here we have Bajaj Finance and Credit card EMIs.
Is Customisation possible with Nosttaalgia?
Nosttaalgia stands for Customisation. It is one of the very few brands in India which customises most of the things in wood, be it size, design, carvings, polish color or fabrics. It understands a customers view point that every house is different and every customer's taste and choice differs and that furniture should always be customized as per the clients requirement so that it looks a part of his interior and not out of place when placed in his home.
